I spent around 15 years working in Sydney’s premium residential and commercial property sector. During that time I learned that good service really comes down to a few simple things: looking after your clients properly, being reliable, and knowing when discretion matters. Those are the same values I bring to my work today as a virtual assistant.

About six years ago I picked up a weekend role doing community management for a UK marketing agency. What started as a small side project quickly turned into a full-time contract within six months. Since then I’ve supported clients across Australia, the UK, and the US, including companies like Hilton Worldwide and Vimeo, as well as a number of hospitality and ground transportation businesses.

I also spent a year working as an after-hours concierge for a celebrity travel agency in New York. It was a fast-paced role dealing with high-profile requests, often under pressure, but it taught me how to stay calm and get things handled quickly and professionally.

For me, great support is about being dependable and easy to work with. Whether it’s managing inboxes, organising travel, or helping run online communities, I focus on keeping things smooth and organised behind the scenes.
